Is it legal to text my customers?
Yes, if they agreed to hear from you. We record how each person signed up, add an opt-out line to every offer and stop texting anyone who replies STOP.
I already have a list. Can I use it?
Upload it as a CSV or Excel file. We'll ask how people signed up, clean it, and show you anything we had to skip.
What if I stop using it?
Nothing happens. There's no contract to cancel and your credit stays there if you come back.
Can my staff help?
Invite them and choose what they can do. Most owners let staff answer replies but keep sending to themselves.
Can I take my contacts with me?
Yes. You can download or delete your contacts whenever you like.
